Le Marathon de Palestine a fait son retour samedi en Cisjordanie et à Gaza pour la première fois depuis la guerre de Gaza, qui avait été déclenchée par le pogrom perpétré par le Hamas le 7 octobre 2023.
Au programme de l’événement, un marathon, un semi-marathon et une course de 10 kilomètres dans la ville de Bethléem, ainsi qu’une course de 5 kilomètres à Gaza.
Selon les organisateurs, ce sont 13 000 coureurs qui ont participé, dont 2 523 à Gaza, ainsi que 1 000 étrangers venus de 75 pays.
La course organisée à Gaza était, semble-t-il, réservée aux hommes.
